1/2 Marathon Map with Course splits for 10K and 5K turnaround
Please download the GPX and look for Pink arrows and yellow No X’s along the route. Multiple ribbons on the side of the turn and easy to find. In the case of wet weather, additional cones and markings will be placed. Remember when its wet to keep your head up and don’t let the person in front of you lead you the wrong way.
The first 4 miles is an out and back for the half marathon. The 10K is a out and back to aid station Alpha and the 5K is all trail out and back to the end of Dutchman Trail. All trails will have Trail Signs with Distances to next landmark or trail! This area can get wet that makes it tough to do ground markings, so run with your head up and have some fun!
Vancouver, Washington: Amfit, Inc. announces the release of the Precise Insole Collection which includes both custom and off-the-shelf options. Utilizing foot data gathered from over 30+ years in the medical industry we have developed the best fitting performance insoles in the industry. A customer has the opportunity to create a custom insole with either our Precise LT or Precise FP, or our off-the-shelf option, the Precise SP. The Precise LT uses our patented Contact Digitizer for 3D digital casting and design of custom foot orthotics with a quick 48 hour turnaround time. The Precise FP, or FootPrinter, is a DIY, foam casting system that creates a 3D profile of the foot that is scanned and the data gathered to also create a custom insole. The foot soldier of the group is the Precise SP (Stability Platform) which is an off-the-shelf solution that provides the underfoot stability feet crave. So whether it’s custom, or on-the-go, Amfit has people’s feet covered. Best of all, all of our products are designed, and built in the USA!
Do your feet a favor; coddle them with an insole from our Precise Product Collection…
